1. To take part, you must be at least 15 years old. If you do not have a licence, insurance will be arranged when you register.

2. The event is authorised by the Federació de Ciclisme Illes Balears.

3. Timetables will be strictly followed. You must be there 15 minutes before the start time to sign the start sheets.

4. Refreshments will be provided by the organisation.

5. The organisation will provide a mechanic and a van throughout the event. Spare parts must be paid for by participants.

6. The organisation will provide an ambulance and a broom wagon.

7. All participants must follow the instructions of the person in charge of the tour and must not overtake the lead vehicle.

8. Wearing a helmet is mandatory.

9. The organisation reserves the right of admission.

10. Registration implies acceptance of these rules. Unregistered cyclists and unaccredited companions are not allowed to take part.

11. By signing the registration form, the participant agrees that the Menorca Cycle Touring Association may use the image of all cyclists in any format, whether print or digital.

12. All participants will receive a souvenir at the end. In addition, the following trophies will be awarded:

– 1 trophy for the youngest male participant and 1 for the youngest female participant.

– 3 trophies for the oldest participants: male, female, and one for the oldest participant from the island of Menorca.

– 1 trophy for the club with the most participants from outside Menorca.

– 1 trophy for the cyclist travelling from the furthest away.

– VIII Arturo Sintes Trophy for the first male participant to reach Monte Toro.

– III Lina Puig Trophy for the first female participant to reach Monte Toro.

– 3 men’s and women’s podium trophies for the best climbers, based on the combined times for s’Enclusa and Monte Toro.

– 1 trophy for the 5 best mixed pairs of climbers, based on the combined times for both climbs.

– 1 trophy per age category for the best male and female climber in each (master: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70).

13. Lunch on October 21, with the presentation of souvenirs and trophies, to be held at the Poima Fairgrounds, is included in the registration fee. However, lunch for companions is not included and costs €30 per person.
